I mainly work with business owners, Independent Financial Advisors, busy working professionals who want to reduce their stress, improve their time management and organisation skills, manage their career and improve their working balance.

As your coach, I want to help you to make significant changes to your life - both personally and in business. I'll support you in planning and organising your life more effectively, challenge you to help you achieve your potential and enjoy the process. I am a careful and considerate listener.
On a personal basis, I enjoy travelling and have visited SE Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the US. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy. I took up running a few years ago but also keep fit through yoga, pilates, walking, climbing (occasionally), sailing and gardening.
